UPDATE: We are not accepting returns, whether its hand delivered our mailed out until our store reopens. You may return your item in store for credit or exchange when we hopefully reopen in early April. Thank you for your cooperation.
We want your return to be as easy as your purchase!
Walk-in: Bring in your purchase and invoice. A sales associate will process your return and provide you with store credit to be used in-store. Please ensure you return your purchase within 10 business days of ship date.
By Mail: You may mail back your purchase for a full refund within 14 business days from ship date. Send an email to Customer Returns with the following information and we will help you with the rest:
- Invoice number
- Exchange for different size? If yes, please provide size request.
- Reason for Return
All returns are subject to validation and approval by Poppy&Olive. Items that have been used, damaged or are without original packaging or tags will not be accepted. Poppy&Olive reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, at its sole discretion.
Credit notes are valid for one year from date of purchase and may not be used on Sale Merchandise.
All sales of reduced merchandise are FINAL
Any layaway cancelled after 7 days, is subject to a forfeiture of deposit.
Discounted items on layaways are considered a FINAL sale.
